DID YOU KNOW??

did you know what day today is? today is friday, my pay day, my trip (with wf) day = HAPPY day!! it's also the eating tang yuan day. besides all the 'days' it's the world orgasm day!! REALLY! check out these sites:

and to what i've read from the websites, it's an official holiday not only in Brazil but many other countries. singapore's not included, obviously. omg. but what a day. can you imagine having to answer your kids when they ask you,"mummy, what day is today? why is it a public holiday?" lol. *dumbfounded* i think you can say, "it's daddy n mummy's happy day." when they grow older, you can say, "it's a day where daddy and mummy can enjoy." HAHA! not funny. ok.. enough of crapping. so today, i learnt that there is such a day! and if you happen to read this post, you now know that there is such a day too! i got to know about this cos my colleague, Ade line emailed me to tell that. she heard it over the radio. so i kind of did a search, and to my surprise, there is really such a day! ok now you all know. but i guess we'll forget this day next year. lol

on another note, i've got lots of photos to load! but no time and too lazy to do it. i'll do it after my trip k? oh by the way, i'm going to ipoh n penang today! PLEASE PRAY FOR ME THAT IT WON'T FLOOD OR RAIN! if not, it's going to be a disastrous trip. *don't dare to think* i don't want to end up swimming around in penang. lol. nonetheless, i'm looking forward to this trip! but im kind of lazy to pack n im feeling so tired. *snores*

i got a surprise yesterday! well, not the big big kind. but the small small kind. i received a virtual christmas greeting from wf. haha. so happy. i grinned from ear to ear. :) im the happiest girl on earth~!! *hops around*

food (2nd episode)

i had thai express for dinner yesterday n curry rice (u know the scissors one?) at vivo for lunch/dinner on saturday. oh. food aside, my saturday was spent in sentosa! fun fun fun!

thanks to meiqian, vincent n clement, the 3 organisers for the one and only amazing race, vivocity-sentosa game. it started at vivo with 4 stations to clear before heading to sentosa which had 6 stations. so.. most of the time was spent in sentosa! i love the luge ride! so fun! my 2nd time playing it. but i've only played it once both times i went. i want to go on the unlimited ride the next time!! preferably going on a weekday. the weekend crowd was horrible. crowd + queues + time wasted = no fun. so weekday is a good choice! provided it doesn't rain. the weather on saturday was good, no rain. i perspired so much! but good la.. haven't been exercising since june. haha. lazy. i really had a good time! it's been such a long time since we played games, with a big group.

after sentosa, oh, by the way, our team won! ha! went to fiona's place for a shower then met at brewerkz for a drink, erm, well, drinks. we ordered a tower n a jug. haha! 7 of us altogether. (hean, fiona, mq, shirley, richard, wf n me) as told by the waiter, a tower serves 9-10, a jug serves 3. yup. wanted to order tequila, fortunately, we didn't. cos most of us already went back light-headed. the happy drinking session.

sunday afternoon was spent in wf's place. he brought his waggie in his car when he came to pick me up. since waggie sat in front, i sat at the back. :) was raining heavily. then, i ate mcwings. yum see, food again. ha. n off to mustafa to exchange for msia ringgits. next was meeting mq n headed for paragon for the thai express. walked abit n home sweet home.

why does time pass so fast during the weekends?? i went to the toilet twice since morning. omg. stomachache. wf said he went twice too! hmm. i think it's the spicy food we had at thai express. lol. ok. i'll be going for lunch in 12 mins time. time now is 1138. ta!

i love eating yummy food..

i've been satisfying my cravings recently. i thought how nice it would be if i could eat o-ah-mee-sua. n then the next day, i ate it. then, i craved for sushi, sashimi.. then i ate it on sunday! haha! then i craved for korean food n i ate it on mon. i even ate thai food, one i've always liked too. ate that yesterday. *grins* *BIG SMILE* nothing can be more satisfying than eating. indulging in the different taste in food. what can be better? i even ate the glutinous rice with coconut n mango yesterday. haha! i can't be happier. :) while i'm still on the topic of yesterday's yummy n filling dinner, it's so funny just by thinking how sotong sum1 was. he's none other than my bf. duh. the passing angbao incident. rem now? i very much think so. leaving me so desperate. :P

being able to eat everything i want makes me feel soo happy n contented. haha! the wonders of food.

oh ya. i ate popiahs, ji dan gao (i'm not scolding anyone) on sunday at my aunt's. the last popiah i ate was definitely an experience! i tot like the previous few popiahs were so nice with the garlic so i decided to put more! cos nice ma! but omg.. disaster! it was soo hot! its like a stinging sensation on my tongue n my mouth! 3 bites n dats it. i didn't want to try further, n so i gave him to try. hee. my dustbin.

it's the festive month!

d e c e m b e r ! ! the last month of the year. somehow, december sounds so good. cos it's the holiday month!! firstly, it's the merry merry christmas, then it's the countdown.. sounds good right? haha. it's already 10th dec, so i have every right to feel happy n excited.. lol. anyway, here are some updates. not in chronological order tho.

actually, all i can recall was yest. went to open bank acc. then, shop, shop, shop. oh. went to vivocity again, n it's still veri veri packed! oh! met joanna. haha! deliberating what to eat for dinner. the queues for the eateries were so long! i just chose the restaurant with the shortest queue. :)

DO YOU KNOW?? i found out yesterday that vivo is connected to the cruise centre! ha! it's like walking from a nice and new shopping mall to an old shopping mall. weird huh? ha.

then, i went to The Cathay for a movie. deja vu. i don't get the last part tho. pple who watched, can you please tell me who is the guy who got stuck in the car?? and why are there like 2 doug carlin? i met guoqiang n my cousin! heh. kept meeting pple yesterday. :)

yay! 15 more days to christmas! frosty the snowman.......... jingle bells......... last christmas i gave u my heart......... i could hear all the christmas carols everywhere now. so nice! the nicely litted decorations along the streets of orchard road. christmas is really so fun in singapore! savouring the good times..

on another note, i realised that im a spender!! as hard as i tried to save, i still save, but it's less than what i targeted. so sad. so i think i'm more of a spender than a saver. lol. i'll try harder next month! sometimes it's just so hard when you see things you really like.. that struggle.. urgh! i bought a pair of heels n a skirt over the weekend. i think it's enuff for now. haha. oh.. i meant enuff for the weekends. :)

i think i'd better wake my bro up.. going to my aunt's for popiah! yum yum.. :P
